INVISTA officially acquires CONE DENIM's patented twin-core yarn and fabric products
Recently, INVISTA, the owner of the LYCRA® fiber brand, and Cone Denim and its parent company, International Textile Group (ITG), jointly announced: Invitro as one of the world's largest integrated polymers and fiber producers. The company successfully acquired the patented products of Conne Denim and ITG's twin-core yarns and fabrics. The patent assets cover bicomponent yarns and fibers sold in the US, China and recently in Europe, as well as apparel made from these fibers.
